eLeisure is a complete non modular software application for the management of membership, staff and activities in small to medium sized leisure, gym and health clubs.

Member Loyalty

eLeisure has been designed to maintain your customer loyalty by providing a sound membership system and incorporating club member fitness recording. Visits of members are recorded through a barcode swipe system, giving full reporting on past visits.

Photo-Capture

Photographs for club members can be captured using eLeisure's built in photo-capture software, images can be added from a web-cam, video camera (with capture board) or digital camera. The member photos can then easily be added to the member badge.

Fitness reviews, fitness programs

Fitness reviews and custom fitness programs can be created, edited and printed for the member. Fitness programs can be changed when a member has a review and all previous information can be retained.

Mail Merge

Mail-merge for letters and emails can be created allowing you to choose a cross section of your member database for the mailing to be sent. The mail-merge editor is very easy to use and helps retain your members year after year.

Member Badges

eLeisure can print a membership ID card to most paper printers and PVC ID Card Printers. The badge designer is simple to use and allows a whole host of items to be added to your pass design.
Elements that can be added can be an image (logo or picture), member photo, static text (same text on all badges), database fields and a barcode.

Member Payments and Accounting

eLeisure includes the ability to keep track of members payments and account balances. Membership categories can be created allowing eLeisure to calaculate monthly direct debit amounts and a variety of other payment plans.
