Pre-book visitors in advance of their arrival. Pre-booking saves a lot of time and can greatly improve reception queues and delays to visitors. Once operational very little data entry is required at the reception or gatehouse. Simply double-click on the pre-booked visitor to print the pass and log them in!

Pre-booking via network or intranet
Give your staff members the ability to pre-book their own visitors, using the pre-booking module via LAN or intranet.  Pre-booking can be made available to anyone you wish and, in turn reduces the workload of reception staff.

Dedicated contractor control
Create an ‘Authorised Contractor List’, record important contractor details and even print a PVC contractor ID Card.  Full contractor reporting gives valuable data for Health and Safety and financial uses.  Contractor control can also be expanded using the xFR ePermit module.

Photograph capture for added security
Enhance company security by capturing a photograph of each visitor. The visitors’ image can be held on the eVisitor software for use again if required. The photograph can also be printed on the paper visitor pass or PVC ID Card.
