The added feature of pre-booking and barcode swiping (over eVisitor Lite) vastly improves reception workflow.
Pre-booking gives staff at the reception or gatehouse the ability to diary-ahead any visitor on to the eVisitor system, this can be done days, weeks, months or even years ahead. By pre-booking visitors, queues can be greatly reduced or totally removed. Simply select the pre-booked visitor from a list by double-clicking on their name.
The barcode swipe reader provides fast booking of pre-printed and pre-booked visitor
passes. At the same time, it records the date and time that the swipe was made, giving a full audit trail of visitor traffic.
