eVisitor ProEx is very easy to use and can be installed and used straight out of the box, giving Health and Safety compliance, security, enhanced company image, vehicle control and full, comprehensive reporting.
With the ability to customise most of the sections, information held about visitors, contractors and staff can be easily modified to suit a company’s specific requirements.
The eVisitor pass layout can also be infinitely modified to display any data you wish.
Both a client-based and intranet-based module is also available to allow staff members to pre-book their own visitors.
Visitor and contractor photograph capture support is built-in as standard and can be used for higher security installations. Photographs can be simply stored along side visitor or contractor details or printed to a paper visitor pass or contractor PVC id-card.
