  • Remote support via Webex
    Note that this option is dependant on your company security policy.

  • Twelve month support period
  • Telephone support available Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding public holidays)
  • Free software updates
  • User level advice, assistance, and information
  • Three "one-day" on-site visits
    Note that "one-day" is based upon 9am - 5pm, including travel time to and from your site.
